This is my first time attending eHeads, and I would say this really is one of the events I really like, because there are a lot of technical people. There are a lot of people who share their projects and their products. I think every technical person really passionate about creating projects or maybe just a startup should go here, because you'll be surrounded by other builders, by other engineering heads. You're going to learn a lot. You're going to meet a lot of people and network with them. And sometimes, with just these conversations, something might happen. I would really highly recommend going to eHeads.

After attending several eHeads meetups, it was very helpful for me to hear perspectives from those in the actual leadership positions, both for me as a founder on the side and as a senior developer in my full-time job. I'm inspired by the stories, and I can relate to the challenges they face day to day. It also helps me see the big picture of managing a team and leading people. Overall, it's contributing to my growth as someone in tech, and as someone looking forward to leadership and leading people.

At my own company, I've been wondering how we're going to incorporate everything related to AI. It's a cultural change that we have to drive as IT leaders, right? It's not easy, but today I got really interesting ideas on how we can start this transition. It's something we cannot avoid or ignore. It's happening. And events like this one are very valuable for us to get more ideas.
So thank you so much for the invitation. To the heads of engineering out there who haven't attended this kind of session: guys, you need to start attending and connecting with the community.
